Delivery Rates & Policy

Staples delivery policy

    We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order. Estimated delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. When we use independent carriers to deliver orders, we base the estimated delivery dates upon information provided to us by the independent carriers. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
    Software download orders will be fulfilled via a separate email confirmation to the customer. The software download email will include download links and instructions on how to complete download.Additional questions about software downloads?
    Delivery dates noted apply to orders placed by 5:00 p.m. local time (or 4:00 p.m. local time in stores and in limited locations across the country) and where credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed. Items shipped direct from the vendor may require an earlier order placement time. You will be notified of the estimated delivery date in a confirmation e-mail. (Not available for in-store orders if email address is not submitted.)
   

Certain Staples items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are prestocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery:
    To deliver your item of fitness equipment,  will select either a one-man or two-man service dependent on the size and type of equipment you have purchased.
    One-man deliveries are sent with a parcel carrier. For two-man, our carriers will contact you within 2 days of placing your order to book delivery date that is dependent on location and availability.
    Delivery will take 5-7 working days from placing order.
    You must ensure you are available to accept delivery on the agreed date or additional charges may apply.
    Delivery will be made to a ground floor room of choice with clear unrestricted access. Unfortunately, the carriers will not deliver to an upstairs room due to the risk of damaging your property and health & safety guidelines.
    Please ensure you check the product and packaging thoroughly before signing for your goods as received in good condition. In the unlikely event that a product is delivered in an unacceptable condition, please refuse the delivery and contact our sales office.
    All goods are supplied flat-packed for home assembly. Two people are required for assembly of larger items.
    We notify you by email once your order has shipped. Some parcel carriers we use may offer online tracking options. For two-man deliveries, our carriers will contact you to schedule an appointment.
